Request to become a Special Event Partner

SCSP will provide a dedicated room at the AI+ Expo for a two-hour time block to host your own programming. You will curate the session as you see fit—such as a panel discussion, a fireside chat or to make a major announcement. Your programming must fit within our themes and align with SCSP’s mission.

No cost associated with partnering: SCSP will provide the space, A/V support (screen, mics, podium, etc), a stage with chairs on the stage. All at no cost — all we ask is that you share your special event will be held at the AI+ Expo with your network.

Exhibit Floor is officially open on May 7th, 8th and 9th, we have reserved May 6th exclusively for high-impact partner programming and special events. On May 6th, there is no competition for attendee attention from the exhibition floor and speakers on our main stages. This is the ideal time for workshops and special events. After you submit your form, the SCSP team will review it for approval and follow up with you to confirm your participation and provide next steps.
